The write-up after a Level 2 visit often takes as long as the visit. Canopy Report runs the published ISA Tree Risk Assessment matrices the same way on every report — Likelihood of Failure, Likelihood of Impact, Consequences — then waits for you. You choose ISA's published categories for each defect. The matrices look up the rating. You confirm it before it locks. The software does not apply a rating behind your back, and it does not sign your name.
What if a client — or an insurer — asks to see the work?
You are not handing them a proprietary 'hazard score.' You are handing them Likelihood of Failure × Likelihood of Impact × Consequences, from the published ISA matrices, calculated the same way on every report.

You are the one on the signature line. Export stays locked until three things are true: your assessor profile is complete, every rating on the report is confirmed, and you have given final approval for client delivery. There is not a second path to a PDF.
Reopening a confirmed report does not throw away that work. Confirmation only clears if something that actually affects the rating changes.
